Day 01: Kathmandu - Vol pour Nepalgunj
Day 02: Nepalganj - Juphal : vol et debut du trek jusqu'a DUNAI (env. 3h1/2)
Day 03: Dunai - Tarakot (YALA KOTE) check-post des permis- env.6h de marche
Day 04: Tarakot - Tarap Khola (Lahini Kharka)
Day 05: Tarap Khola - Bivo Caves (3500m d'altitude)
Day 06: Bivo Cave - Dho Tarap (4200m d'alt.)
Day 07: Dho: visit de l'ecole, des gombas,.
Day 08: Dho - Takse (Numla Phedi)
Day 09: Takse - Numla Pass/ Camp de Baga La
Day 10: Baga La - Bakhra Kharka
Day 11: Bakhara Kharka - Ringmo
Day 12: Ringmo - lac de Phoksumdo (visit)
Day 13: Ringmo / Regi Gaon
Day 14: Regi Gaon - Roha Gaon (Raktang)
Day 15: Roha Gaon - Juphal Airport16. Juphal/ Nepalganj/ Kathmandu
