Jomsom Trek - 16 Days

Jomsom TrekThis trek follows the Kali Ghandaki Valley between the soaring peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri and finally emerges to the north of the main Himalaya range, on the dry, desert-like Tibetan Plateau. The final destination is the holy temple of Mukinath, a further day's walk beyond Jomsom.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu arrival/ transfer to hotel/ our represent will be at the airport to receive you on your arrival. Just look for your names banner.
Day 02: Kathmandu guided city tour.
Day 03: Kathmandu - Pokhara/ drive
Day 04: Kathmandu - Pokhara by bus (06 hrs. driving)/ Hotel
Day 05: Kathmandu - New Bridge (Birethati) driving for 2 hr. and walk to Tirkhedunga for 6 hrs,
Day 06: Trek to Ghodepani (5 hr).
Day 07: Totopani (for 7-8 hrs, all the way down) with visiting Poonhill for sun rising.
Day 08: Tatopani to Rupse
Day 09: Rupse to Lete
Day 10: Lete to Tukche
Day 11: Tukche to Kagbeni
Day 12: Muktinath
Day 13: Jomsom/ the last day of trek.
Day 14: Fly back to Pokhara/ Kathmandu
Day 15: A day rest/ shopping
Day 16: Departure/ drive to airport (or you can stay as longer as your time permits).

Cost Includes: National Park entry permit, Trekking permit, Land transportation to and fro, Accommodation in lodges during the trek, Food: three meals a day, A guide & required number of porter(s), Essential equipment.

Cost Excludes: Personal expenses, Insurance, Tips, Emergency evacuation by Helicopter, Alternative transportation in case of heavy rain, landslide, strike, road blockade etc.
